Nandrolone is an anabolic-androgenic steroid closely related to testosterone. Both ingredients are the same nandrolone molecule. They differ only in the ester attached to it.

Why two esters

An ester is a chemical chain attached to a hormone. It controls how quickly the hormone is released from the injection site into the bloodstream.

Phenylpropionate is a short ester. It is released and cleared within days.
Decanoate is a long ester. It is released much more slowly.

Putting both in one product combines the earlier onset of the short ester with the longer duration of the long ester.

Ampoules or vial

Deca Blend 300 comes in two formats with the same composition:

Deca Blend 300 ampoules: a pack of 10 sealed ampoules. Each ampoule is opened once.
Deca Blend 300 vial: one 10 ml multi-dose vial, accessed through a rubber stopper.

Ampoules keep every portion sealed until the moment it is opened. A vial holds the full amount in one container.

Safety

Nandrolone acts on far more than muscle tissue. Its documented effects include:

suppression of the body's own testosterone production, which can reduce fertility
lower HDL ("good") cholesterol and raised blood pressure
a higher red blood cell count
fluid retention and changes in mood
breast tissue growth in men and masculinising effects in women
